Now we want to share with you “how to choose the right tool for high qualified CNC low-volume parts?”

At first, we need to know the  characteristics of the material when we process any materials with cnc machining.AL is soft, but a little sticky.Other materials,such as steel parts with cnc machining,it is very easy to produce material powder.That’s why there are some specific requirements when process AL alloy with cnc machining.

General, we choose pure tungsten cobalt hard alloy without coating, in order to approach a lower friction coefficient.When we have to process the products that with Sharp edge and the surface need to be grinding, it is not good to choose the knife with too much blades.It is much better to choose two blades with big knife, and three blades for small knife.So we can see, the remove the material powder  effect is very positive and reduce more material powders.

It is common to choose high speed steel cutting tools for general cnc machines.When we need high-speed cutting, for example,general, we choose M hard-cutting tool for cnc machines, but if we have more choices, it is much better to use PCD cutting tools.So we can control high-speed cutting and good surface treatment on the metal parts, but here still have some disadvantages.
