How to choose the right tool for CNC low-volume precision production?

At first, we need to know the  characteristics of the material when we process any materials with cnc machining.AL is soft, but a little sticky.Other materials,such as steel parts with cnc machining,it is very easy to produce material powder.

Generally, we choose pure tungsten cobalt hard alloy without coating  to approach a lower friction coefficient.When we process the products that with sharp edge and the surface need to be grinding, good to choose the knife with too much blades.It is much better to choose two blades with big knife, and three blades for small knife.So , the remove the material powder  effect is very positive .

It is very important to choose right tools when we process with cnc machining.

When we need high-speed cutting, we choose M hard-cutting tool for cnc machines, but if we have more choices, it is better to use PCD cutting tools.So we can control high-speed cutting and keep good surface treatment .
